Delivery and Returns
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the current Covid-19 situation, any purchases made throughout January will be despatched the first week of February. Any February purchases will be despatched the first week of March. This will be under review throughout this period and therefore subject to change at short notice. Customers will be emailed should any further changes arise.
For the UK, postage and packaging is included in the listed price for each item. Your purchase will be sent via the Royal Mail Signed For service.
Delivery to Countries Outside of the UK:
For all other countries in Europe and the rest of the world, please contact me for individual shipping quotations at firstname.lastname@example.org
Recycled packaging is used wherever possible for the shipping of my products.
Returns and Exchanges:
Important Note: Each item is entirely handmade and although I take great pride in ensuring the highest quality of production and finish, slight variations may occur piece to piece. If, on receipt of your purchase you have reason to return or exchange it, please follow the following guidelines.
- Please contact me within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return your purchase.
- Post your item/s back to me within 30 days of delivery.
- Must be returned in original packaging due to the fragile nature of this product.
Conditions of Return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Customs and Import Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays that may occur due to customs.
